All of our programs start with an individualized movement assessment based on your current fitness level. This allows us to create a customized program based on your goals, needs, and current ability.


We focus on well rounded fitness development combining mobility, strength, power, and endurance through different modalities into one complete program for YOU.

We will focus on all aspects of fitness and performance. Some programs focus only on a handful of these qualities, such as strength or endurance, which can lead to suboptimal performance, or even worse, injury. By focusing on complete development for all age groups and fitness levels, we are assuring that you will address all of your weaknesses and maximize your strengths.

Our programs are based on programs used for athletes that have been scientifically proven to increase fitness, performance, and prevent injuries. We will customize your program based on your level, goals, and needs. This makes your training environment engaging and fun, while still allowing us to offer you plenty of personal attention.


We will advance your program throughout to assure you continue to make progress and maximize all areas of fitness to your goals.

We also understand going to a commercial gym or training around others can be overwhelming, especially if you are new to your fitness journey. We want you to be self-confident, to feel like you know what you are doing (and why), to feel good in your own skin, and we want to help you do that at your own pace.


We offer different options above to cater to as many needs as we can. 

ALL Valhalla training PROGRAMS can INCLUDE:

  • Full Body Strength - Full body strength training that integrates the upper body, lower body, and core into a program that focuses on enhancing functional movements like squatting, hinging, lunging, rotation, pushing, and pulling.

  • Movement Quality - The better we can create tension and generate force in an optimal manner, the better we will live, feel, move, and perform.

  • Gait Mechanics - Whether your main goal is walking better or a max effort 40 yard dash, we will work towards the best mechanics for your needs.


  • Mobility - Ability to have strength at the end range of motion and increase functional movement abilities to decrease risk of injury and pain while doing day to day activities or while participating in your fitness program

  • Explosive Power/Speed and Agility - Development of vertical, linear, lateral, and rotational explosiveness, speed, and agility through the use of plyometrics, jump training, medicine balls, kettlebells.

  • Core Stability and Force Generation - Integration of core stability, strength, and power to maximize movement efficiency and power transfer.

  • Cardiovascular and Muscular Endurance - This can vary greaty person to person, however we will prescribe what your lifestyle or sport requires.



Everyone is different, cookie-cutter programs don’t work for everyone.  We assess how well you move and function to best design your program to enhance performance and reduce your chance of injury.


Our programs are designed specifically for you based on your needs and goals.  We don’t create the same program for everyone.  We focus on individualized coaching and scaling based on your current level.


Programs that improve performance but lead to injury are not beneficial.  Our programs enhance your performance and make you an absolute warrior. 


Our programs develop you to become the complete warrior, whether you think you currently are or not.  Your program will develop and enhance all aspects of overall athletic and exercise performance – mobility, strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance. Each of these concepts build on one another and can be influenced by different modalities of training.
